Every pregnancy is different. Like,. maa Durga the creator has 9 different forms. Every month of every pregnancy is different. One might feel nauseous, one might not. Here are a few tips for all the pregnant women out there. Follow your instincts, be brave. You are creating a life inside you which is wonderful. Taking care of your health, eat at the right time, exercise, be motivated, don't let anyone's negative thoughts influence you. It is trending that what pregnant women have to eat to make their babies more intelligent. But remember one thing; eat what you like. Our mother's instincts itself teach us, our babies need and there is no proof that only if they eat eggs or some food, the baby's brain or intelligence will grow or else not. It is just a myth. Below are a few things you can do to make yourself and your baby happy and healthy.
1. Self-care is the most important thing. Do what you enjoy the most, like painting, reading, singing, dancing.
2. Read books like Ramayana and Sree Krishna Leela in Bhagavatham
3. Talk to the baby, embrace every movement of the baby
4. It's okay that you might not feel like doing anything sometimes, if that is what is needed by your body. Just rest.
5. It's okay to take support from family or friends when needed. Don't hesitate to ask for help.
